Indulging in the authentic Alsatian cuisine at the hotel's restaurant, Chez Chrislène et Joël, was like taking a culinary journey through the region's rich flavors. The dishes were exquisitely prepared and bursting with deliciousness, leaving a lasting impression on my taste buds.

I chose this hotel for attending a summit and it provided excellent meeting facilities for our needs. The meeting room was spacious enough, measuring 25 square feet, and it was well-equipped with all the necessary amenities.
The only service that I missed for my work was a dedicated business center. It would have been convenient to have a place where I could print important documents or access a computer for any last-minute tasks.

The hotel is conveniently situated close to transportation and the city center. You can easily hop on a train or bus to explore the area or take a walk to the town center. Rooms are clean and tidy with comfy beds and accessible charging points. Breakfast is decent with fresh bread and tasty options. Free parking and an elevator are available on-site for added convenience.
The staff could have been more attentive, especially when addressing a mishap with the shower door.

The location was convenient for my city trip, with the train station just across the street and lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The room was decorated nicely and the breakfast had a decent selection of food.
The WiFi in the room didn't work, and there was no one at the front desk most of the time. The staff was unhelpful and unfriendly, making my stay uncomfortable.
